Dieser Beitrag fasst die Entwicklung eines in der Schweiz für Krebsspezialisten angebotenen Kommunikationstraining zusammen, welches von der Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Medizinische Onkologie als Voraussetzung für den Facharzttitel erklärt wurde. Das Training basiert auf Interaktivität und praktischen Übungen anhand von Rollenspielen, Supervision und Videoanalysen von Gesprächen mit simulierten Patienten. Die Rahmenbedingungen und Ziele des Kommunikationstrainings werden anhand von Ausschnitten aus Gesprächen vorgestellt und es wird abschließend diskutiert, was mit Kommunikationstrainings erreicht werden kann. This article summarizes the development of a Communication Skills Training (CST) for Swiss oncology clinicians, which has been declared mandatory for specialization by the Swiss Society for Medical Oncology. This CST is based on interactivity and practice by means of role playing, supervision and video analyses of interviews with simulated patients. The setting and objectives of the CST are presented and illustrated by sequences from physician-patient interviews. Finally, the impact of CST is discussed.
